The Hideaway Hair Co. is a boutique salon that caters to those seeking luxurious tranquility in their hair endeavors. Katie’s dream was to one day open a small boutique salon that gave extremely personalized services to each of her clients. In 2002 after graduating from cosmetology school at Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica, she immediately entered an extensive assistant program and was training under some of the top stylists in the Los Angeles area. After completing her assistant program she launched into her 22-year career and has built a clientele that has kept them coming back for more, time and time again. Katie has continued her education throughout her career focusing on taking up-TO-date classes annually. Katie enjoys all things blonde, especially creating custom colors for clients that have a soft grow-out, allowing clients to extend their time out of the salon.
