To provide our clients with an exceptional salon experience, The Hideaway Hair Co. upholds a cancellation policy that protects the business and our client's time. We appreciate your understanding and compliance as we strive to bring you the best possible service.
Cancellations within 24 - 72 hours of your appointment will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or do not show up will be charged the full amount of scheduled services.
